3. FFY 2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment
INCOG is seeking to amend the FFY 2020 TIP to add a BUILD Discretionary Grant project from USDOT for the City of Tulsa, to enable fiber connectivity, traffic signal upgrades, transit signal priority and real-time information along Peoria and 11th Street/21st Street corridors. Federal Grant Funds: $6.5 Million. Local/Other Funds: $3.0 Million.
4. FFY 2023 Urbanized Area – Surface Transportation Program pdf
INCOG received a total of 16 projects from ten eligible local public agencies for a total funding request of $26.37 Million, excluding annual STP funding of $6 Million dedicated toward completing the Gilcrease Expressway as a Turnpike, previously pledged by INCOG. Based on the priority for funding as indicated by one of the public entities, staff ranked and rated eleven projects that are eligible for new round of funding for FFY2023. The INCOG Transportation Technical Advisory Committee reviewed and recommended five projects, in addition to the previously dedicated funding for the Gilcrease Turnpike Project, for the FFY2023 funding. Staff recommends approval by the Policy Committee.

The Transportation Policy Committee is asked to approve minor changes to the committee bylaws. This will update the bylaws related to meeting notice provisions and be current with the membership and names of entities.
