of November 16, 2011 pdf 3. Transportation Improvement Program Amendments pdf INCOG is awarded two grants by the FTA. One is to conduct the Alternative Analysis on the Peoria/Riverside
Drive Corridor and the other is related to the Veterans Transportation
Community Living Initiative (VTCLI) grant, related to the Mobility Management
program. Both grants will be
administered by INCOG and are consistent with the long range plan. The alternative analysis grant is for
$340,000 Federal and $92,000 Other and the VTCLI grant is for $462,126
Federal and $145,626 Other. |

4. Connections
2035 Regional Transportation Plan Update pdf Connections 2035:
Regional Transportation Plan update is in progress. Transportation plan is dependent on the latest
demographic data available. The 2035
Population forecast from an earlier effort is slightly revised by taking into
account of the newly available data from 2010 Census. A new baseline for employment by
Transportation zone is established with the acquisition and processing of
data for the year 2010. Attached are
the 2035 Employment, Population, changes from 2010-2035 by Transportation
Zone, Elderly population, Poverty distribution and Minority groups related
