Special Order:
Zoning Atlas - The atlas consists of 11"x17" color printed pages, and will include all areas within the city limits of the City of Tulsa with each page covering a little over two-square miles. It includes Tulsa County Assessor parcels, color-coded zoning, and E-911 streets; it is produced annually.
Zoning CD - The CD contains .pdfs that generally cover an entire Township in and directly surrounding the City of Tulsa. It includes Tulsa County Assessor parcels, color-coded zoning, and E-911 streets; an updated CD is included in the purchase price.
Floodplain Maps:
While floodplain maps are available for inspection at INCOG, INCOG is not the authority on floodplain regulations. To determine property floodplain status, view, or purchase a floodplain map, visit the FEMA website. For definitive status or official documentation, contact your local Floodplain Administrator or Community Official.
