3.      Transit FFY 2009 TIP Amendment pdf

INCOG is seeking to amend the FFY 2009 Transit program to include Recovery (ARRA) and other projects for Tulsa Transit totaling $9,291,048 in federal funds and $109,400 in local matching funds. The amendment includes capital improvements for CNG fueling, CNG fueled busses, passenger shelters, and various facility improvements using federal ARRA funds. Additionally, the amendment includes Alternative Analysis funding for travel model developments and funding for Ozone Alert season public outreach and 50 Fridays. Projects details are attached and The Transportation Technical Committee (TTC) recommends approval.

4.      FY 2010 Unified Planning Work Program pdf

The Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) documents the urban transportation planning activities and projects anticipated to be accomplished in the Tulsa TMA beginning July 1, 2009. The UPWP includes a description of proposed work activities and serves as a management tool for the participating entities. In addition, the UPWP defines the functional and financial responsibilities of the participating agencies. Federal transportation funding assistance to state, regional, and local governments and agencies is contingent on an annually approved UPWP. The TTC recommends approval.

5.      Joint Certification Statement pdf

INCOG annually prepares a statement, in cooperation with ODOT, certifying that the work performed in the transportation planning process the preceding year is in compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. This statement is required to maintain eligibility for federal funding. The TTC recommends approval.

6.      Population and Employment Estimates for the Regional Transportation Plan Web Page Pop pdf Emp pdf

The land use forecasts and the travel demand model used in the development of the Regional Transportation Plan require reasonable population and employment data. The Connections 2035 plan will use 2005 as the base year and 2035 for the horizon year. Staff has developed 2005 population and employment estimates for the region. The assumptions and process for developing and allocating the estimates, as well as the results, will be presented to the Committee for review and comment.
