3.      Surface Transportation Program Project Selection for FFY 2012   pdf

INCOG solicited applications for Urbanized Area Surface Transportation Program (STP) projects to be funded in FFY 2012.  Six eligible sponsors submitted 10 applications totaling $26.8 million in federal funds with $7.2 million in local matching funds.  The applications were screened for eligibility, rated based on the selection criteria adopted in April 2008, and ranked according to a composite score.  Total federal funds available are anticipated to be approximately $12.1 million.  Project descriptions, ratings, rankings, and recommended funding are included in the attachment.  The Transportation Technical Committee reviewed the ratings and rankings and recommends funding projects for the City of Jenks, Rogers County, City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa Transit and the City of Tulsa.

4.      Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment

ODOT has requested INCOG amend the FFY 2009 Transportation Improvement Program to include two projects in the Transportation Enhancement Program.  The first project is for constructing sidewalks along 141st Street South in the City of Coweta for $131,728 in federal funds and $32,932 in local matching funds.  The second project is for bikeways safety improvements at various intersections in the City of Sand Springs for $121,600 in federal funds and $30,400 in local matching funds.  These projects are consistent with the Destination 2030 Regional Transportation Plan and the TTC recommends approval.
