Consider, discuss and/or take action on:

3. FFY 2010 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment 

ODOT has requested INCOG amend the TIP to include in the Transportation Enhancement program the construction of the Mingo Trail from 71st to 81st Street South for $1,442,322 in federal funds and soft match credit.  This project is consistent with the Destination 2030 long range transportation plan and staff recommends approval.

4. ARRA Project Selection

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) will notify INCOG of the potential availability of residual American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for the Tulsa Transportation Management Area after the bid opening on Thursday, November 19.  Base on the criteria adopted by the Transportation Policy Committee, staff will identify projects for funding with the residual ARRA funds and present them to the Transportation Technical Committee for consideration.
