About the Regional Transportation Plan
Every five years, INCOG creates a transportation plan for the Tulsa Transportation Management Area, which includes parts of Creek, Osage, Rogers, and Wagoner counties and all of Tulsa County.
The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) presents all the improvements for area transportation system (Roadways, Freight, Bicycle/Pedestrian, and Public Transportation) within the next 25 years. The RTP is not a wish list - all projects and policies are based on anticipated funding.
If you would like more information on the Connections 2035 Regional Transportation, please contact INCOG Transportation Planning by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (918.584.7526)
Visitors to the INCOG booth at this year’s Tulsa State Fair had the opportunity to provide feedback through two surveys. See the results here, along with answers to selected questions from the 2006 and 2008 Scientific Survey. If you didn't visit the fair this year, take the survey.
Connections 2035 Vision and Goals
