Regional Council for Coordinated Transportation

The Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan endorses the creation of a Regional Council for Coordinated Transportation (RCCT) to oversee the implementation and further promotion of the plan in the Tulsa Transportation Management Area (TMA). The RCCT is composed of representatives from human service organizations, local governments, public and private transit providers, and non-profit and government organizations that provide services and advocacy for low income individuals, persons with disabilities, and elderly individuals.

Transportation Provider Inventory

Does your agency provide transportation services or assistance?
Click here to take the 2011 Transportation Provider Survey.

INCOG is updating the transportation provider inventory to be included in the 2011 Coordinated Transportation Plan. In order to advance coordinated transportation and inform residents of available transportation options, a directory of transportation services will be compiled and made available to the public. Even if your organization only provides bus tokens/ride passes or services for specific populations we still need to hear from you! Agencies that respond will be included in future mailings regarding JARC and New Freedom funding opportunities. Click here to see the 2008 Transportation Providers Inventory

JARC and New Freedom update: $1,042,516 awarded to improve transportation
services in 2011-2012

INCOG will be sending out grant requests for funding to improve transportation services for elderly individuals, low-income individuals, and persons with disabilities.  Watch the INCOG website for more information.

5310 Vehicle Applications

The Elderly Individuals and Individuals with Disabilities Program (5310 funds) is allocated by formula to the State for capital costs of providing services to elderly persons and persons with disabilities. It is administered by the Department of Human Services (DHS). Applications for 5310 funding within the Tulsa TMA should meet a need identified by this Coordinated Plan.

Final Coordinated Transportation Plan

The Coordinated Transportation Plan was adopted by the INCOG Board of Directors in 2009.
