2013 Bicycle Pedestrian Master Plan

FY2015-2016 Transportation Alternatives Program Solicitation
The Transportation Alternatives (TA) program is a new program under the MAP-21 legislation signed into law July 6, 2012. The program was effective October 1, 2012. The TA program allows for increased flexibility in projects and effectively combines project eligibility from the former Transportation Enhancements (TE), Recreational Trails Program and Safe Routes to School (SRTS) programs which were enacted under SAFETEA-LU. 

Connections 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan

The Connections 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan looks 25 years into the future - to the year 2035 - and includes the needed improvements to all transportation modes (roadway, bicycle, pedestrian, public transportation, and freight). 

Transportation Improvement Program

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) presents a program of improvements to the surface transportation system with the Tulsa Transportation Management Area to be implemented during a three-year period with federal matching funds.  The projects, which have a combination of federal, state, and local funding sources, cover a wide range of transportation modes including streets and highways, public transportation, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and airport improvements.
