The Mingo Trail is maintained by the City of Tulsa.  There are two segments of the trail that are complete - one from 41st Street to I-244 and one from Memorial Road to 71st Street. 

41st Street to I-244 Street: The best place to access the trail is Hicks Park, located at 35th & Mingo.  The trail is fairly easy with some minor hills as the trail crosses under bridges and then rises back up to meet the grade of the surrounding area.  The trail passes a storm water retention area that doubles as a soccer complex near 21st Street and Skelly Drive (I-44).  There is parking located there that can be accessed via the Skelly Dr. access road. This trail has one difficult street crossing at 35th & Mingo, as the trail crosses Mingo.  There are no signalized crossings at this juncture, and riders and walkers are urged to use caution.   

The trail segment from Memorial Road to 71st Street can best be accessed from the Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus at 81st Street and US-169.  This segment has two at-grade crossings, one at 91st Street just south of Southcrest Hospital, and the other at Mingo Road between 91st Street and 101st Street.
