INCOG continues to provide staff support to local governments, planning commissions and boards of adjustments in administering their respective planning programs, capital improvement programs, drafting and updating comprehensive plans, preparing zoning, subdivision and other development regulations. INCOG currently provides planning and community development assistance for the unincorporated areas of Creek County.
INCOG will conduct special studies such as zoning code amendments, subdivision regulation updates, comprehensive plan updates, capital improvement plans (CIPs), special district studies, park plans and annexation studies for member governments as requested. Recent activities include completion of the Osage County Comprehensive Plan and the Sapulpa Comprehensive Plan update.
INCOG also supports a network for community planners within which planning related information is formally and informally exchanged.
